The car doesnt look like the one on the picture, the wheels are as tiny as any other car. and about replacing it for a black car, you can just edit the carcol.dat file found in san andreas/data/ just copy the especification for the fbiranch over any car you are gonna replace, the espeficication is 0, 0 i think. and it will always be black..
